Its quite obvious though isn’t it.
As with all magic tricks however the method isn’t as important as the presentation and execution.
Let me walk you through it:
1) he sets you up with a reason for him to touch his back of his neck: “I’ve got such a headache wada yada yada” allowing him to position his hands above his head and around the back of his neck.
2) Surprise:
After setting you up he uses the element of surprise and slightly drops his head forward while pulling up his shirt from behind…
