Best plastic miniature figurine company?

I’m looking for plastic miniatures and I only found a company called Caesar that makes them. I’m looking for Fantasy and Sci-Fi/Futuristic minis. Everyone else has minis in pewter.

Games Workshop, and Wizards of the Coast. Both are expensive. GW models look fabulous, but require assembly and painting. WotC figures tend to look like crap, but they’re prepainted so ready to use out of the box.
