Pillar Candle

Candlemaking – anyone ever put art on or written on a candle? How do you do it?

I’d like to personalize the pillar candles that will be used in the centerpieces at my wedding. I’m sure there’s a way how, and I’m hoping to get some advice from someone who’s done it.

Write want you want on the candle using a pencil, then mix a candle painting medium like DecoArt Americana Candle Painting Medium (that is the one I use) into the color of paint you want and with a fine to medium sized brush trace over what you have already written, then let the paint dry completely. I hope this helps.
