Where should i get this tattoo??

Does a tattoo on a womans upper arm look trashy to you? I would like on on my back or a little one on my neck. I already have one on my boob, leg, and lower back… (not fairy) so thoselocations are out. 
Please put your input! Which fairy? And where?
I have 3 tattoos myself and 2 of them are fairies. One is on my left hip and the other is on my right ankle. It all depends what type of profession you are in or going to be in regarding the upper arm. I think a half sleeve on a girl looks awesome but it is far from professional. Shoulder or somewhere on your back is probably the best or your hip…that way you can see it and enjoy it. I am a teacher so I have to be semi conservative on my tattoo placement.
