My family has a small event planning business….we do about 27 weddings a year, so I would say try a dollar tree if there is one in your neighborhood…here in Illinois, they actually have a wedding aisle…thats your best bet if you’re looking for something cheap…If that doesn’t work out, I wouls say Micheal’s….You can definitely find them there…
I would also recommend for cutting corners going to a well kept nice Thrift Store.
